The hotel offers a dedicated tunnel providing direct access to the shopping center. The staff consistently delivered excellent service. I found the location ideal, with access to many key attractions. The hospitality enhanced the experience.
I observed that the room showed some signs of wear on the furniture. A soap tray was broken.

A Romantic Stay with a View
relaxing space easy access delicious food wonderful stay
Our club room faced Burj Khalifa. The panorama included Dubai Mall. The room offered a relaxing and quiet space. The location meant easy access to everything. The hotel included three pools, perfect after a day of exploring. Prabesh and Jacob. They seemed to anticipate our every need. We enjoyed the delicious food. We barely needed to eat outside the hotel.
Staff asked guests to leave by 5 PM for the setup.

Convenient location and attentive staff
shopping center helpful staff clean room
The hotel is directly connected to the shopping center. I liked the accessibility to various attractions without needing a car. The staff was helpful in arranging transportation and providing directions, especially Ameena at the front desk. The room was spacious and always clean. I especially valued how fast room service was.
The noise from music was audible in my room until late at night, made sleeping difficult. I was aware of this noise issue beforehand. I could not switch rooms because my belongings were unpacked.

really good experience
great care prompt requests really good service
i found the location quite advantageous, especially with the proximity to the shopping center. the staff demonstrated great care, promptly addressing my requests. salin was particularly kind and provided really good service. i definitely will visit again!
i observed that, upon arrival, the room lacked complete preparation for two guests. it required requests for additional towels and slippers which should have been provided originally.

The pool area was well kept. I noticed a lounge near the pool, it had a nice atmosphere at night. Rooms received cleaning twice a day. The views from both sides of the hotel were quite nice.
The air conditioning had a strong, unpleasant smell. This. The staff tried to mask the smell with another scent, BUT this only made things WORSE.

the hotel has A good connection to the mall, a VERY short distance. Location and the hotel's facilities are very good. They can arrange ANY tour for you.
the pillows were TOO soft and did not provide adequate support! This impacted our comfort. The room temperature was challenging to control. It remained cold despite adjustments.
